Winchester Aesthetics is headed by Genna Richards, owner and practitioner. In founding the clinic, Genna aimed to establish a new ‘Standard of Excellence’ for delivering comprehensive, holistic service to our visiting clients. We pride ourselves on being an exclusive one-stop destination for safe and effective treatments that celebrate individuality and natural-looking results.
Genna has hand-selected each member of our experienced team. They are true experts within their chosen fields and at the forefront regarding industry progress and innovation. Each team member encompasses the Winchester Aesthetics ethos of safe, effective, and ethical treatment. As the founder of Winchester Aesthetics, Genna combines skill, creativity, and genuine care to help her patients achieve natural, beautiful results. With more than 20 years of experience across aesthetics, advanced skin beauty, and healthcare, she draws on a deep well of expertise to ensure every treatment is both safe and effective. With a wealth of qualifications and hands-on experience in innovative aesthetic treatments, Genna is passionate about addressing the effects of ageing, promoting preventive care, and supporting skin tissue restoration.
Her commitment involves a personalised consulting style that shapes a custom treatment plan to meet her client’s aesthetic aspirations; by integrating technology and innovative therapies, her strategy is as unique as each individual she serves.
Genna has an innate ability to connect with people. Her warm and compassionate demeanour creates immediate ease for her patients. She endeavours to ensure that each visit is as relaxing and comfortable as possible, carefully addressing any concerns or anxieties they may have.

Dr Maria Olah

An advocate for natural-looking outcomes, Dr Maria Olah, is a highly esteemed cosmetic doctor who has worked for many years in long-term positions across southern England at recognised established clinics, such as SK:N. This experience has enabled her to treat a substantial number of patients, offering a wide range of predictable treatments and fostering extensive expertise in her field.
With over 30 years in medicine and 20 years specialising as a cosmetic doctor, Dr Maria transitioned from her previous focus on orthopaedic and plastic surgery to pursue her passion for aesthetic medicine as a career. Maria upholds the Winchester Aesthetics ethos for safe, ethical practice.
Dr Maria is passionate about weight management and longevity medicine, working closely with patients to uniquely tailor treatment programs to deliver excellent results. Her expertise in this area, in combination with her vast knowledge and approachable nature, make her an exceptional member of the Winchester Aesthetics team.

Holly Richards

Holly’s exceptional talent for brow creation has framed many familiar, famous faces, each loyal to her expertise and warm, caring nature. She is an invaluable asset to the Winchester Aesthetics team, renowned for her precise execution of design briefs and excellent aftercare service, which ensures optimal results for her clients.
Holly is a highly esteemed permanent makeup artist (PMU), recognised within the industry as a craft pioneer for over 8 years, 4 of which she has served as an official Phibrow Craft Master and Educator. Moreover, Holly was awarded the first and only Phibrow title of ‘Philshading Master‘‘ for the UK. Holly has also achieved her Level 5 qualification in aesthetics.
Holly combines her natural ability with an exceptional artistic eye to deliver the most beautiful aesthetic outcomes, emphasising keeping results as natural as possible. She is passionate about upholding the Winchester Aesthetics ethos of safety and providing procedures to the highest possible standards.
