- Product sensitivity ‘Patch Tests’ and ‘Medical Health Forms’ are necessary and compulsory for every client.
- The allergy patch tests provided must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the treatment to ensure that an allergic reaction to any of the products used during treatment does not occur.
- Minors under the age of 18 are unable to be treated without parental and offical medical consent.
- Only the client receiving treatment is permitted upon the premises during clinical procedure due to strict health and safety conditions and insurance requirements.
- There is no disabled access at Clinique Allure.
- Unscheduled appointments are not permitted.
- A non-refundable, advanced booking fee of £30 for all consultation appointments is required which is redeemable against the full treatment price.
- A full refund of a £30 consultation fee will be issued provided 48 hours cancellation notice is given.
- A non-refundable, advanced booking deposit of £100 is required to secure a treatment procedure appointment which is redeemable against the full treatment price.
- A full refund of the £100 booking deposit will be issued provided 48 hours cancellation notice is given.
- Should a scheduled appointment not be attended or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice 75% of the full treatment cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. However, we will endeavour to reallocate the scheduled appointment and only charge the booking fee.
- Cancelled appointments must be in writing – either by email or post.
- Your booking deposit is confirmation that full information has been provided and as acceptance of the terms and conditions.
- A 10% discount is offered to those clients suffering from Alopecia Totalis or who are undergoing chemotherapy treatment. A completed ‘Doctor’s Permission’ form is required for this service.
- One ‘gifted’ Nipple-Areola Complex restoration treatment appointment per month is offered free of charge for patients recovering from breast cancer. A completed ‘Doctor’s Permission’ form is required for this service.
- Treatment prices are correct at the time of going to press and subject to change without written notice.
- A surcharge will be added to all credit card transactions.
- Micro-pigmentation procedures marked with an asterisk (*) upon the price list include a complimentary perfecting procedure, which must be taken within 3 months from the original appointment. Any further appointments made after this time will incur charges.
- Photographs will be taken periodically throughout treatments for reference purposes. These are strictly for confidential use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
