SPM Correction

Periodically, Clinique Allure is contacted by clients who have undergone permanent cosmetic procedures elsewhere and have found themselves being left dissatisfied with the final results. Our practitioner is willing to assist where possible within these unfortunate situations, lending expert advice and practical solutions to best rectify the issue.

In most cases, it is very possible to successfully re-work these enhancements by applying specialised correctional methods and techniques to lighten and fade-out pigment from the skin, to colour correct upon residing pigment, and to improve and perfect shape and form, thus creating a more desirable, natural result.

Consultation

Prior to treatments a comprehensive consultation will take place which includes the completion of a medical history assessment questionnaire, essential for determining treatment suitability, along with product patch testing. A thorough discussion of the client’s requirements and expectations will be established in order to determine the best treatment solution.

Treatment Plan

More often than not correctional treatment is a process (not a quick-fix) which requires commitment and dedication from the client.

The treatment process will require multiple sessions to reach the desired result. The amount required is entirely dependent upon the area being treated, the colour and pigment type, size and location, and upon the client’s circumstances and requirements.

Typically a treatment plan for colour correction and lightening will be between 2 – 5 appointment sessions, spaced 4 – 6 weeks apart. Plans are variable upon each client’s individual requirements.

The first appointment will consist of the consultation and the treatment procedure. Following treatments will be a repeat of the treatment procedure itself. Please allow 2 – 3 hours for your initial SPM correctional treatment appointment.

Treatment price and a suitable treatment plan will be provided at upon consultation.

Following Treatment

Aftercare and healing plans for SPM corrective work will vary according to the individual treatment programme.

Full aftercare instructions will be provided both verbally and in hard copy following the procedure.
