Appointment Booking Policy
Our appointment booking fee is viewed as a gesture of confirmation and commitment to our arranged appointment. A booking fee is required to secure all scheduled appointments. This fee is payable in advance and deductible from the treatment balance, which is payable at the appointment.
- An advanced booking fee is required to confirm and secure all scheduled appointments.
- All appointment bookings are provisional only until the booking fee is received as confirmation.
- Appointment booking fees are as follows;
- Consultation appointment booking fee: £30 – Deductible from the total treatment price if chosen to proceed. Alternatively, it is gifted back in the form of vouchers (T’s&C’s Apply)
- Treatment appointment booking fee: 20% of the total treatment price.
- A 48-hour booking fee payment period is granted to secure scheduled appointments. If payment is not received within this period, it will be made available to awaiting clients.
- Booking fees are taken via the payment link, in clinic or over the phone.
- Booking fees are non-refundable.
- The appointment will be confirmed via email upon receipt of the booking fee. Where applicable, any further pre-treatment correspondence, such as a medical health questionnaire, sensitivity testing, and pre/post-treatment advice, will be sent directly to the client via email or post.

Cancelation & Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and unexpected events may arise that interfere with your scheduled appointments. We also appreciate that time is valuable for all our clients, whether they have already planned their appointments or are patiently waiting for the opportunity to do so from our waiting list. To ensure we can run our business efficiently and effectively, we kindly request that our clients demonstrate understanding and appreciation for everyone, fellow clients and practitioners alike. We have established strict policies that are enforceable without exception, and we rely on our clients’ cooperation to ensure that everyone can benefit from our services.
- All booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
- If you need to reschedule an appointment, you must give a minimum of 7 days’ notice.
- If an appointment needs to be rescheduled due to ill health, a minimum of 48 hours is required.
- We have a 15-minute window for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will likely need to be rescheduled, and the booking fee will be forfeited.
- If you are running late or cannot attend your appointment, please ensure that we are informed via email or telephone, providing as much notice as possible possible.
- If you have missed a previous appointment without following the above instructions, all future appointments must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable.
- Please ensure that you follow any pre-treatment advice provided. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the booking fee due to an inability to carry out the procedure.

- If you need to cancel your appointment outside clinic working hours, please leave a voicemail with your name and the date and time of the appointment. A member of our staff will return your call promptly during clinic hours.
Late Arrivals
- Please ensure you arrive on time for all appointments, as we are able to adjust the appointment schedule for late arrivals. As mentioned above, we do our best to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances that result in lateness by allowing a 15-minute window. However, beyond this, your appointment will be rescheduled, and the booking fee will be forfeited. We have a duty of care and a responsibility to other clients and their scheduled appointment times.
- Appointments will be confirmed at the end of the booking and again 24 – 48 hours before your appointment date via automated email and text message. If we are unable to reach you, please remember that it is your responsibility to keep track of your appointment date and time to avoid arriving late or missing your appointment.
Appointments
- All appointments must be arranged in advance via our booking system.
- Unscheduled appointments or ‘Walk-Ins’ are not permitted.
Appointment Lengths
- Appointments may vary; although a schedule is provided, they may occasionally run over time. Please be patient if we take a little longer than anticipated, as we will not rush clients’ treatments to meet time constraints.
- Clients are kindly requested to arrive no earlier than 5 to 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to avoid inadvertently placing any pressure on the practitioner and patient scheduled beforehand.
General Health
- If you are feeling unwell, such as having cold or flu-like symptoms, nausea, or vomiting, please avoid visiting the clinic for treatment. This ensures your comfort and protects the safety of other clients and staff.
- Please let us know about any changes to your health or medical condition prior to your scheduled appointment, as this may affect your suitability for treatment.
Treatments
Treatment Overview
- A comprehensive medical health consultation is mandatory for all clients.
- Patch testing for product sensitivity is essential and mandatory for all clients. (If required)
- Minors under the age of 18 are unable to receive treatment without parental approval and medical consent.
- Only the client receiving treatment is permitted on the premises during clinical sessions, in line with stringent health and safety conditions and insurance requirements.
Pre-Treatment Advice
- All allergy patch tests should be conducted at least 48 hours prior to treatment, ensuring no allergic reactions to the products used during the procedure occur.
- Please ensure all paperwork is completed and that the pre-treatment advice is followed carefully. It is your responsibility to guarantee this.
Gifted & Discounted Treatment Services
- Scalp Micropigmentaion – A 10% discount is available for this treatment for clients suffering from Alopecia Totalis or who are receiving chemotherapy.
- Nipple Areola Restoration – A ‘Gifted Treatment’ waiting list is available for this treatment for clients requiring this service.
- Please note: A completed ‘Doctor’s Permission’ form is required for these services.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to decline service for any reason we find appropriate.
Confidentiality
At Clinique Allure & Winchester Aesthetics, we diligently maintain comprehensive records of all client treatments, including the staff members responsible for each case. New clients are required to sign a disclaimer form, and we will retain certain personal details as necessary. We manage client data in strict accordance with the principles outlined in the Data Protection Act and do not share this information with third parties.

Clinic Disclaimer
All aesthetic treatment services, including but not limited to botulinum toxin anti-wrinkle treatment, dermal fillers, PDO threads, PRP, iPRP, bio-remodelling, and skin boosters, are non-refundable once the treatment has been performed. However, we may, at our discretion, provide an alternative or corrective treatment if we deem it justified and ethical. This policy applies nationwide and aligns with sound facial aesthetics practices and recommendations. Please understand that results are not guaranteed.
Refunds Policy
Please Note:
- The effects of all aesthetic treatments can vary from individual to individual, and we cannot guarantee any specific results.
- You are paying solely for the treatment, and no outcome guarantees are made.
- Refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances, as the product has been used and the service has been provided.
Returns Policy
Purchased products are eligible for exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
